This allows us to meet customer needs for wide, clear span buildings at a fraction of the cost of our hot-rolled steel competition. Timber Processing Unit
Our design ‘tool box’ includes back to back Cee Section columns and rafters (to form a strong but lightweight ‘H’ portal frame), folded knee and apex braces – integrated in fully engineered structures designed to meet the rigours of the weather for the area in which they’re to be built.
Due to the shape of the main steel beams and brackets, these steel kits are skilfully packed by the manufacturer so that even the largest of buildings can often be transported on one flatbed transporter – keeping the delivery costs down.
Our state of the art procurement chain results in building kits being manufactured accurately and supplied on time, keeping our projects on schedule and within budget. Our standard lead time is three weeks from ordering to delivery, with erection taking less time due to the lighter steelwork – and our expertise!
