Portal design steel buildings provide the ideal template for industrial units. They can be block work lined or incorporate rendered blockwork walls as illustrated here. Masonry flashings are supplied as standard to maintain the weather bond between the steel cladding and wall.

With clear spans of up to 25m and eaves heights up to 5m, single and two storey buildings of any length can be supplied and erected quickly and economically. The portal frame construction lends itself to internal divisions and steel framed partitioning can be installed to allow flexibility of unit sizes.
