Our small building range can be self-assembled with some basic building knowledge and tools. Bespoke frame plans together with the illustrated Capital Steel ‘MANEX’ construction manual take you through the stages from basic health and safety to the finished job. You’ll need a few power tools (a hammer drill, screw gun and nibblers/grinder) but no plant is required for these buildings as columns and rafters can be lifted into place by hand and bolted with a wrench. Minimal cutting or drilling is needed – the main frames are accurately finished and purlins overlap to form a rigid frame.

Cladding screws have moulded heads to match the cladding colour – no caps to fit and replace when they fall off! Coloured flashings are provided to complement the openings. We also supply base, eave and ridge fillers which match the shape of the box profile cladding – to keep out the weather and furry intruders!

The result is a strong, durable, functional building which enhances your home life – at a fraction of the price of traditional bricks and mortar. Rest assured though…if you don’t feel up to building the kit yourself we’ll either provide a small team to assemble it for you or help you to source a local builder who can.
